Built for the brains that don't start on command.
LOOPING is a small, independent project. It began as one person's private experiment — one goal, one loop a day, tracked honestly — and became a method because the loop kept working on days when nothing else did. We are making it public because the difficulties it answers are common, the strategies behind it are already recommended in clinical guidance, and nobody had put them together in a form you can actually run at 11 p.m. on a bad day.
Five things we won't compromise on.
The problem was never you.
Most productivity advice assumes a brain that starts on command, holds the plan, and stops when it's time. When that isn't your brain, the advice fails and you get the blame. We build for the machinery around the work, so the blame has nowhere to land.
Systems, not willpower.
You do not fix a bad morning with more resolve. You change one thing in your system — the cue, the place, the pacing, the bridge to tomorrow — and let the system carry what your attention can't. That is what "Tune" means, and why we never say "adapt".
Honesty about evidence.
LOOPING is a method, not a treatment. It has not been tested in a trial, and we will never call it clinically proven. Where a design choice is consistent with published research, we say so and cite it; where the evidence is thin, we say that too. The research notes are free.
Your records are yours.
The workspace keeps your records on your device. No ads, no tracking, no selling anything about you. If we ever add sync, it will be opt-in, explained in plain language, and deletable in one click.
Small on purpose.
A free beta, a few dozen people at a time, and a decisions log we keep in the open. We would rather help a small number of people properly than impress a large number of people briefly.
A note from the founder.
I built LOOPING for myself first. I had ambitious goals and a brain that could do the work brilliantly for four hours and then not open a document for four days. Every system I tried assumed the starting part was easy. It isn't. So I built one where starting is the whole point — and then discovered that stopping, switching and coming back after a bad afternoon mattered just as much.
The rules I run by are on this page. If any part of LOOPING breaks them, tell me: [email protected]. I read everything.

One person, AI collaborators, and a log.
Built with AI
We believe the AI era favours neurodivergent minds: the friction — drafting, breaking work into steps, remembering the return note — is exactly what AI now carries best. LOOPING is built the same way: a human keeps the judgement and the decisions; AI collaborators do much of the friction work.
Changes are recorded
Every decision about the product — what changed, why, and what we chose not to claim — is written down. Ask, and we will show you.
Free while it's a beta
Registration, the workspace, the guide and the research notes are free. Pricing, if it comes, will be announced before it applies to anyone, never sprung on you.
